Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable directivity capacitor microphone by using a phase modulation oscillation detection system.SOLUTION: A variable directivity capacitor microphone includes first and second capacitor microphone units Uf, Ub disposed back to back each other, first and second resonance circuits having electrostatic capacitors Cf, Cb of the first and second capacitor microphone units, respectively, an oscillation circuit 11 giving a high frequency bias signal to each resonance circuit, and first and second demodulation circuits 12, 13 for demodulating the voice signals corresponding to the electrostatic capacitance change of the first and second capacitor microphone units, respectively. A signal from the first demodulation circuit is brought to a second terminal pin PIN2, as a hot side output, a signal from the second demodulation circuit and at least a signal of reverse phase thereof are selected by selection means, and is brought to a third terminal pin PIN3, as a cold side output.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
