PURPOSE: To enlarge a transformation ratio of a coaxial post and a rectangular wavelength, and to flatten a reflection phase difference which has been seen from an input/output terminal, extending over a wide band, by using a reduced high level type rectangular waveguide, and providing the coaxial post on a position which has been deflected from the center part of an H face pipe wall width of this rectangular waveguide.
CONSTITUTION: The titled device is constituted of a coaxial/waveguide mount form for which a reduced high level type rectangular waveguide 11. On one H face pipe wall of this rectangular waveguide 11, a coaxial post inserting cylinder 12 is provided on a position which has been deflected from the center part of this H face pipe wall width. Also, in the inside of this coaxial post inserting cylinder 12, a coaxial post 14 connected to a diode 13 which has been mounted directly to the rectangular waveguide 11 is placed. Moreover, one end (A face) of the rectangular waveguide 11, and the other end (B face) are connected to an input/output terminal, and short-circuited, respectively. In this way, a transformation ratio can be taken greatly, therefore, a reflection phase difference which has been seen from the input/output terminal can be flattened extending over a wide band.
