CONSTITUTION: This variant type Escherichia coli ribonuclease HI, holding the enzymic activity of the natural type Escherichia coli ribonuclease HI and improved in stability is obtained by substituting aspartic acid at the 134th position of the natural type Escherichia coli ribonuclease HI with histidine.
