Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a varnishing device of a printer that can prevent surely a temperature of a heater detached from a varnish tank from rising while reducing costs.SOLUTION: A varnishing device of a printer comprises a varnish tank 13 for storing varnish 7 to be supplied to a varnishing portion 2 of the printer; and also comprises a heater 21 detachably attached to the varnish tank 13, with a heating portion 31 inserted into the varnish tank 13, and a relay electric box 29 (a power supply portion) that supplies power to the heater 21 through a cable 35 having an attachable/detachable connector 34. The cable 35, to which the connector 34 is being connected, regulates movement of the heater 21 at the time when the heater 21 is detached from the varnish tank 13, in a state where a heating portion 31 is positioned in the varnish tank 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
