Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a small-sized and low-cost induction motor.
SOLUTION: This vector controlled inverter equipment is constituted of a current detector 7, which detects the primary current of an induction motor 5 which is driven by an inverter circuit 4, a load-side position detector 13 connected to the induction motor 5 through a gear ratio α of a transmission mechanism 11 and a gear ratio β of a transmission mechanism 14 and other conditions, a speed estimating circuit for estimating the speed of the induction motor 5 by the rate of change in the load-side position detected by the load-side position detector 13 that is constituted of a differentiating circuit 15 for differentiating the detected output of the load-side position detector 13 and a gear ratio multiplying circuit 16 which calculates the speed ωr of the induction motor 5, by multiplying the output ω0 of the differentiating circuit 15 by the gear ratio, and a vector controlling arithmetic circuit 9 and pulse width modulation control circuit 10 that modulates the pulse width of an inverter circuit 4, based on a current value detected by the current detector 7, a speed command value ωr* for the induction motor 5, and an induction motor estimated speed value ωr which is estimated by the speed estimating circuit.
