Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain high quality recycled resin products featured by paint film removing efficiency, environmental safety, and processing capacity by installing a cooling means for cooling rolls by supplying/discharging cooling liquid at least to one cooling liquid pipeline of film side and raw material resin side rolls.
CONSTITUTION: In a paint film peeling device for coated resin products, a coated resin member having a paint film is rolled to apply shearing stress between the paint film and a raw material resin by a paint film side roll 33 and a raw material resin side roll 34 which are arranged to face each other and have different peripheral speeds so that the film is peeled off from the resin. The roll 33 and the roll 34 are rotated by rotary drive devices 35, 36 respectively, and a cooling liquid pipeline is formed at least in one of the rolls 33, 34, here the roll 33, and cooling liquid is supplied/discharged through the pipeline by a cooling means 38. In this way, the temperature of the roll 33 is kept constant to maintain good film scraping efficiency by a scraper.
