Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking implement capable of adjusting a boiling time according to a vegetable part by boiling a leaf part after boiling a root part of vegetable when boiling vegetable, regardless of a pot size or an amount of vegetable, and capable of evenly draining moisture of vegetable.SOLUTION: A cut part or a notch part 3 for inserting vegetable is provided on a sheet body having heat resistance and plasticity so as to dividedly put a lower root part and an upper leaf part into a pot, and a plurality of water draining holes are provided on the sheet body and a handle 4 is provided in the periphery so as to pull up boiled vegetable together with the sheet body while draining hot water, and apply to cold water as it is to drain moisture.
