To provide a simple, inexpensive and lightweight vehicle air volume control device that adjusts the volume of air flowing into a vehicle according to the traveling speed of the vehicle.

The air volume control device 1 includes: a blade member 6 provided to open and close an opening 5 by rotation where an air flow 4 from a front part 3 of a vehicle 2 passes; a rotation support member 7 that rotatably supports the blade member 6 so that the blade member 6 generates rotation to open and close the opening 5 on the basis of the air flow 4 from the front part 3; and a biasing means for biasing the blade member 6 in a direction A toward an opening open position. The blade member 6 includes: a closing plate 11 for closing the opening 5; an opening 12 formed adjacent to the closing plate 11 in a vertical direction Z; and a receiving plate 13 arranged opposite the closing plate 11 in the vertical direction Z across the opening 12.
