Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve security performance against a vehicle theft or the like by transferring fingerprint data of a person getting into a vehicle to a receiver storage processor through a communication network to store the data into the processor.
SOLUTION: In this system, a fingerprint take-in device takes in fingerprint data of a person getting into a vehicle. Then, an on-vehicle computer 5 starts a portable telephone 8 loaded on the vehicle and transfers the fingerprint data to a server device 36 through a communication network 30. The server device 36 takes in and stores the fingerprint data, and displays the data on an image display device to confirm the getting-in person.
