To improve the cooling efficiency of a plurality of batteries installed horizontally apart from each other while reducing the man-hours for assembling a cooling device.SOLUTION: A vehicle battery cooling system includes a first cooling unit 10 having a first tube 11 located at the bottom of a first battery 201, a second cooling unit 20 having a second tube 21 located at the bottom of a second battery 202, and a connecting unit 30 that connects the first cooling unit 10 and the second cooling unit 20 so as to be relatively displaceable in the vertical direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
