To operate an actuator changing the behavior of a vehicle in a proper control timing in consideration of the detection error of the current location of its own vehicle.
A suspension ECU calculates reliability S showing the matching precision between the detected current location of its own vehicle and the current location on a map in a step S52. The correlation coefficient R between the reliability S and a distance Ls from a navigation event start point to a point having actual rough road surface is calculated in a step S54. Then, when the correlation coefficient R is a predetermined value R0 or more in a step S56, a regression line M showing the correlation is calculated in a step S57. After the regression line M is calculated, when a vehicle travels at the same navigation event start point later, a proper extended distance L5 is calculated by using the reliability S and the regression line M in a step S59. Therefore, it is possible to properly extend preliminary operation control, and to operate an actuator in a proper control timing.
