A mobile phone 2 has the electronic settlement function and an electronic key function. The mobile phone 2 takes in and stores settlement information for electronic settlement when electronic settlement is performed. When the mobile phone receives a request signal from a riding support device 30, and determines the contents of riding support from the most recent settlement information, it generates a riding support signal for the contents of riding support, adds it to an ID code signal, and transmits the ID code to the riding support device 30. The riding support device 30 collates the ID code according to the received ID code signal, and when the ID codes matche each other, it outputs a drive signal to each drive means corresponding to the riding support signal for support riding.
