A vehicle body 11 includes right and left front side frames 15 extending on right and left sides of a front part in a longitudinal direction, respectively; right and left upper members 21 extending forward and downward from right and left front pillars 19 on outward and upward sides in a vehicle width direction of the right and left front side frames 15, respectively; right and left inner extensions 24 extending forward from front ends of the right and left front side frames 15, respectively; and outer extensions 25 extending forward from front ends of the right and left upper members 21, respectively. Mounting plates 44 are provided between the front ends of the inner extensions 24 and the outer extensions 25, respectively, and a bumper beam 17 is mounted on the right and left mounting plates 44.
