Abstract:
To provide a vehicle body lower part structure which enables mass production at low costs by use of normal steel plates.SOLUTION: A vehicle body lower part structure 12 includes: side sills 13; an upper beam member 21; a lower beam member 22; and a battery pack 25. In the side sill, a hollow cross section 13a is formed by joining an inner panel 42 opening outward and having a hat cross section to an outer panel 43 opening inward and having a hat cross section. The upper beam member is provided so as to fill an upper cross section 13b of the hollow cross section. The lower beam member is provided so as to fill a lower cross section 13c of the hollow cross section. The battery pack is fixed to the inner panel of each side sill to be disposed under a floor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
