Abstract:
To obtain a vehicle control device which can prevent drunken driving as well as a vehicle control method and a vehicle control program.SOLUTION: A vehicle control device 12 is a vehicle control device which controls movement of a vehicle 13 and comprises an utterance acquisition part 52 which acquires utterance data due to utterance of a speech person, a state acquisition part 62 which acquires information representing a drunken state of an operator 11 trying to start operation of the vehicle 13 on the basis of the utterance data which the utterance acquisition part 52 acquires and a control part 50 which performs control concerning limit of start operation which is operation to the vehicle 13 for which the operator 11 starts the operation of the vehicle 13 when information, which the state acquisition part 62 acquires, reveals that the operator 11 has the drunken state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
