Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle control device capable of correcting a zero point of a lateral acceleration sensor with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A vehicle control device comprises: a steering angle sensor 20 for detecting a steering angle of a steering; a yaw rate sensor 18 for detecting a yaw rate generated on the vehicle; a lateral acceleration sensor 19 for detecting lateral acceleration generated on the vehicle; a single flow suppression control part 8a for controlling independently drive forces of left and right drive wheels of the vehicle; an ESC-ECU 16 for controlling behavior of the vehicle according to the detected steering angle, detected yaw rate, and the lateral acceleration; and a zero point correction part 16a for correcting so that output of the lateral acceleration sensor 19 becomes 0. The zero point correction part 16a has a flat road direct advance travel determination part for determining whether the vehicle is traveling by flat road direct advance travel or not, according to the detected steering angle, detected yaw rate, and the control state by the single flow suppression control part 8a, and when the flat road direct advance travel determination part determines that the vehicle is traveling by flat road direct advance travel, the zero point correction part 16a corrects the zero point.
