PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make vehicle equipment easily possess a memory function.SOLUTION: A vehicle control device comprises a storage part 305 for storing an adjustment direction and an adjustment time of electric equipment in an adjustment part 303 based on a user operation from a reference position being a limit point of a movable range of the electric equipment of a vehicle as an adjustment index. After performing pre-adjustment for making a position of the electric equipment coincide with the reference position, the adjustment part 303 performs automatic adjustment for automatically adjusting the position of the electric equipment by driving a position adjustment actuator 50 by an amount of an adjustment time with respect to the adjustment direction at each adjustment direction which is stored in the storage part 305.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
