Abstract:
In the present invention, a regular use road determination unit (43) determines whether a vehicle is driving along a regular use road, based on past driving history information regarding the roads the vehicle has driven in the past and the current location of the vehicle. Further, a facility narrowing down unit (44) narrows down facilities which are along the regular use road determined by the regular use road determination unit, and at which point related applications can be used. When the current location of the vehicle reaches the location of a facility which has been narrowed down to by the facility narrowing down unit, an activation instruction unit (45) instructs a mobile terminal to activate the point related applications that are candidates for use at the facility.
