PURPOSE: To secure a wide variation range of quay height which can be followed by providing a ramp frame with a rampway which is rotatably connected to the ramp frame at one end and which has the other end passed to the quay, the ramp frame being provided in such a way as to be raised and lowered relative to the hull.

CONSTITUTION: This rampway 3 constituting a vehicle loading/unloading device which can be folded into the depth of a side port door opening and closing the side opening of a hull 1 comprises a root panel 11 rotatably connected to the hull 1, an intermediate panel 12 rotatably connected to the end of the root panel 11, and a flap 14 rotatably connected to the intermediate panel 12, and is capable of being folded at its center. The other end of the root panel 11 of the rampway 3 is freely rotatably connected to a ramp frame 7 in the form of a rectangular box. A turntable 5 is rotatably provided inside a circular opening formed through the top surface of the ramp frame 7, so that the directions of vehicles can be changed.
