Abstract:
To provide a door handle device for a vehicle capable of reducing a risk in which a lock device located below a handle enters an unlatched state unexpectedly when force is applied from the lock device to a link member linking the lock device to the handle, for example, owing to deformation of a vehicle door.SOLUTION: Temporary holding means allows a second bell crank to rotate relatively to a first bell crank to the opposite side from a second operation position when emergency-time turning force which exceeds a predetermined value at which the second bell crank is rotated to the opposite side from the second operation position is applied from the link member to the second bell crank.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
