A unit case 332 of the input section unit 330 is provided with an engagement section 335a that is placed in an engagement groove 12 between an upper edge of a guide rail 10C and a quarter panel QP, the unit case 332 is provided with lateral guide surfaces 336 at ends located at the front side and at the rear side of a vehicle body B, respectively, mutual spacing of the lateral guide surfaces 336 increases as they approach the belt guide 230 from the protruding end of the unit case 332, and the belt guide 230, when placed on an exterior surface Pa of the quarter panel QP, contacts the inner edge surface against an insertion opening Qa of the quarter panel QP.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
