PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly obtain the driving force of an engine by quickly engaging a power intermittent connecting mechanism synchronously in stopping an engine and interrupting the power intermittent connecting mechanism and separating the engine to cause transition from a regenerative braking mode of regenerative- braking by a motor generator to a direct drive mode of running by the engine.
