To avoid environmental pollution due to car exhaust gases by provid ing a system that is able to drive an on-vehicle equipment after stopping an engine during parking.

In this system, a connector 4 to be connected to a power system at the vehicle side is installed in a vehicle, and an external power arrangement supplying electric power is installed in a parking zone. Then, the same voltage as the voltage of a battery 1 is outputted by an AC/DC inverter 11 and the electric power is fed to the vehicle from the outside by way of both these connectors 4 and 17, and with the electric power, an electric load 2 (on-vehicle equipment) is driven and thereby an engine is made so as to be stoppable during the parking.
