Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate an extending work and to improve safety during working by making it possible to easily and certainly carry an extending bar-shaped body above a previous bar-shaped body.
SOLUTION: An excavator is equipped with a driving part 8 guided along a support 4 provided on a carriage 1 and rotary excavating bar-shaped bodies 10, 10a attachable to the driving part 8, and a specified excavated depth can be secured by extending a plurality of bar-shaped bodies 10, 10a. In this case, the extending bar-shaped body 10a is held on a part of the support 4, and moreover the pillar 4 is provided with a carrying mechanism 12 for carrying the bar-shaped body 10a above the bar-shaped body 10 having previously excavated the ground.
