Abstract:
To suppress, when colliding with a leg of a pedestrian, an impact load in the second half of the collision on the leg by preventing a crush remainder of a cushioning member provided in a vehicle front structure.SOLUTION: A cushioning member 30 includes a base part 31 extending in a vehicle width direction, and a plurality of rib parts 32 extending in a vertical direction of a vehicle from the base part 31 having intervals in the vehicle width direction. There is a space 33 between the rib parts 32 adjacent to each other in the vehicle width direction. The base part 31 includes a tip 36 located furthest front in the cushioning member 30 on a cross section along a fore-and-aft direction of the vehicle, and the tip 36 thereof and ends 32a on front sides of the rib parts 32 are exposed in a rear space of an exterior member 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
