The change in the height of the front wheels is detected by a front wheel height change detecting means FC based on the output by a height detecting means HD of the front wheels, the target height of the rear wheels is set by a rear wheels target height setting means RT based on the output of the front wheels height change detecting means FC, and the height of the rear wheels is adjusted by operating an adjusting means AM so as to be the output of the rear wheels target height setting means.
