Since an illuminator 20 is attached to the head 10a of the boom 10 attached capably of derricking motion to the car body 1, the illuminator 20 can be transported at the same time in a body with the car body 1, and also the illuminator 20 can be set on a required level by derricking the boom 10 as it is on the illumination site, whereby the reduction of transportation cost and the facilitation of illumination work can be made, and required illumination can be obtained at low cost and easily. Moreover, since the illuminator 20 is accommodated in the space 8 under the boom 10 in storage condition that the boom 10 is leveled and kept in roughly parallel on the top side of the car body 1, the vehicle can be shifted and traveled, with the illuminator 10 mounted on the boom 10, whereby higher mobility can be secured.
