Abstract:
To provide an interior member for a vehicle and a manufacturing method therefor which are capable of enhancing bond strength between a substrate containing a fiber material and a functional component.SOLUTION: An interior member 1 for a vehicle comprises a substrate 2 which includes a disposition surface 2a and a rear face 2b opposed thereto and contains a fiber material 21 and a functional component 3 which contains a functional part 30 lying on the disposition surface 2a. The functional component 3 contains a protrusion part 40 which penetrates the substrate 2 from the functional part 30 and then protrudes and a molding part 60 made of a resin R1 which is on the rear face 2b and is bonded on a tip end 41 of the protrusion part 40. The manufacturing method of the interior member 1 for a vehicle contains a threading step ST1 for the protrusion part 40 of an original part 3a and a molding step ST2 which molds the molding part 60, which is on the rear face 2b of the substrate 2 and is bonded on the tip end 41 of the protrusion part 40, by injection of the resin R1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
