Abstract:
To provide a vehicle maintenance management system and vehicle maintenance management method for instructing performance of maintenance at appropriate timing in consideration of a demand/supply state with respect to a vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicle maintenance management system includes: a use information acquisition section 106 for acquiring use information of a vehicle; a maintenance necessity level estimation section 107 for estimating a maintenance necessity level of a vehicle; a demand/supply information acquisition section 110 for acquiring demand information and/or supply information of a use of a vehicle; a determination section 108 for determining whether a maintenance necessity level reaches a predetermined threshold; a threshold setting section 111 for setting a predetermined threshold to be relatively higher when a demand of a use of a vehicle is relatively higher on the basis of demand information and/or when a supply with respect to a demand of a use of a vehicle is relatively lower on the basis of supply information acquired by the demand/supply information acquisition section; and a maintenance instruction section 109 for instructing performance of maintenance of a vehicle when the determination section determines that a maintenance necessity level reaches the predetermined threshold set by the threshold setting section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
