PURPOSE: To reduce the number of part items by adding a change-over position for operating a power change-over mechanism to an operating position of a change lever for changing over the speed change stage of a transmission.

CONSTITUTION: A change lever 1 is connected to an operating mechanism 2 through a selection operating wire 4 and shift operating wire 5. The operating mechanism 2 is operated by operating the change lever 1 which can carry out a selecting operation 6 and shifting operation 7. In the selecting operation 6, a position A for 1, 2 speed, position B of 3, 4 speed, position C for 5 speed and position D for R(retreat) speed are provided as well known. In addition, a position E as a selecting position for changing over a differential lock mechanism as a power change-over mechanism can be employed.
