This vehicle operation failure notifying system 1 comprises an on-vehicle notifying device 2 which determines whether an operation failure occurs or not, for example, whether a door is closed or not after the user moves away from the vehicle and which transmits an operation failure notifying signal storing operation failure information to a center device 3 when detecting that the operation failure occurs, and the sensor device 3 which transmits the operation failure notifying signal storing the operation failure information to a user device 4 previously registering it when receiving the operation failure notifying signal transmitted from the on-vehicle notifying device 2. Even when the user fails in operation and moves away from the vehicle, the user is properly notified of information about the operation failure.
