CONSTITUTION: This system is equipped with an on-vehicle device 3 which writes travel state data changing accompanying the travel of the vehicle on a portable storage medium 4 and gathers vehicle travel information, and analyzing devices 5 which find travel state time-series data D showing the time-series variation of the travel state of the vehicle from the read travel state data and draw graphs having the found travel state time-series data D, a cursor C indicating the reference value to the travel state time-series data D, and section information S for discriminating the part of the travel state time-series data D exceeding the reference value from the part of the travel state time- series data D less than the reference value on the same time scale.
