Abstract:
To enable a user to use an automatically operable vehicle over an operation area.SOLUTION: A vehicle operation system 100 includes an automatically operable first vehicle 10A and second vehicle 10B, a first operation management server 60A, and a second operation management server 60B. When a destination 88B of a user 90 to get on the first vehicle 10A in a first operation area 80 is within a second operation area 85, the first operation management server 60A calculates a travel route 81B to the destination 88B, a boundary spot 83, and an arrival time at the boundary spot 83, transmits them to the second operation management server 60B, and transmits an operation command to travel from a present spot 82A to the boundary spot 83 to the first vehicle 10A. The second operation management server 60B transmits, to the second vehicle 10B, an operation command to travel from the boundary spot 83 to the destination 88B after the user 90 arrives at the boundary spot 83 at the received arrival time and transfers to the second vehicle 10B at the boundary spot 83.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
