During reproduction, a vehicle state monitoring means 7 monitors whether a vehicle is stopped or travels, and based on the monitored results, a command selecting means 4 makes void the requirements to the display of MENU images recorded on an optical-disk 1 by command, when the vehicle travels, and when the vehicle is stopped, the MENU images are displayed in response to the requirements to the display of the MENU images recorded on the optical-disk 1 by a command. Thus, in any case when the reproduced images of the optical-disk reproducer are displayed from the TV monitor or when the reproduced images are not displayed, optimum reproduction can be performed.
