A vehicle location detecting system, which is integrated into a vehicle and detects its present position, comprises a receiving section 1 which receives radio wave sent from a satellite, a processing section 2 which calculates its present position on the basis of the radio wave received by the receiving section 1, a storage section 3, a receiving section 4 which receives data via a mobile communication system, and a transmitting section 5. The processing section 2 calculates its present position by a given time, the storage section 3 stores the calculated data. When the receiving section 4 receives a request from an user, the processing section 2 calculates the present position, and transmitting section 5 transmits the calculated data and the data stored in the storage section 3 to the user.
