Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle power transmission device in which an output shaft can be constituted so as to be freely rotatable even if a vehicle is in a state that a drive wheel is fixed.SOLUTION: At a parking range, a second mode is selected only when changing an eccentric amount r1. At the parking range of the second mode, even if a drive wheel W connected to a ring gear 38 is in a fixed state, a carrier 37 is in a rotation-permitted state by bringing a second engagement changeover mechanism 40 into a right-moving position R2, and thereby, by bringing a first engagement changeover mechanism 33 into a second position R1, an output shaft 12 connected to only a sun gear 36 is rotatable. Like this, since the output shaft 12 is rotatable even if the drive wheel W is in the fixed state, the eccentric amount r1 in a crank-type continuously variable transmission T can be changed without trouble such as the accumulation of torque at the drive wheel W from the output shaft 12 even at the parking range.
