The vehicle provided with the seat belt is provided with the seat belt 3 attachment-released from the attachment state by release operation of an operation part and stored by later action, and is provided with a first transmitter 20 for radio-transmitting a predetermined signal when the release operation of the operation part is detected; a receiver 40 for receiving the signal; and a control part 41 for determining the attachment state based on the signal. The receiver is in the continuous action state at action of an engine and is in the intermittent action state at stopping of the engine. The receiver becomes in the continuous action state when an activation signal is received in the intermittent action state. The first transmitter transmits a signal capable of transmitting that release operation is detected as a predetermined signal and not including the activation signal, and the control part determines as that the seat belt is attachment-released when a predetermined signal transmitted from the first transmitter is received when the receiver is in the continuous action state.
