Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle remote door lock controller, capable of giving a manual control signal transmitting function for optionally locking/unlocking a door to a portable transmitter-receiver and making manual control, having priority over automatic control in a door remote controller automatically locking/unlocking the door of a vehicle according to the distance to the portable transmitter-receiver from the vehicle.
SOLUTION: A vehicle remote door lock controller is equipped with a transmitter for transmitting a sending request signal in a planned communication area toward the outside of a vehicle, a mobile receiver for receiving a return signal sent back from a portable transmitter-receiver in response to reception of the sending request signal and a door lock controller for controlling door locking and unlocking of the vehicle, in response to whether or not the mobile receiver received the sending request signal. If a manual control signal transmitted from the portable transmitter-receiver is received, the controller executes door lock control, in response to the manual control signal having priority over the control in response to reception of the return signal.
