PURPOSE: To provide the on-vehicle road-use information display device capable of clearly displaying the information on using an expressway.

CONSTITUTION: The device consists of a 1st transmitter-receiver 202 accepting the information on using the road sent from a transmitter-receiver 10 outside the vehicle and a call instruction and sending the information read out from a radio card 30 to the transmitter-receiver 10 outside the vehicle, 2nd transmitter-receiver 203 sending information on using the road which is accepted by the 1st transmitter-receiver 202 and a call instruction to the radio card 30 and accepting the information on using the road read out from the radio card 30, and display device 206 taking a battery incorporated on the vehicle as a power supply and displaying the information on using the road stored in the radio card 30.
