Abstract:

PURPOSE: To dispense with any human system intervention in shortening the trouble recovery time of vehicle operation conditions by selecting a replacing position, one's own car is storable, from vehicle length, and calculating the recovery estimated time till the one's own vehicle is reached to the replacing position, from the vehicle performance.

CONSTITUTION: A vehicle replacing position selecting mechanism 12 selects those of station facilities 23 and both B and C spots or vehicle replacing equipment of two stations S2 and S3, where a vehicle T1 is replaceable, with vehicle length 25. A recovery estimated time calculating mechanism 13 adds the minimum traveling time in an interval between two stations set by vehicle performance 24 successively to the current time, thereby calculating a passing estimated time of up to the C spot of the station S3 from the station S1 where the vehicle T1 exists. Lastly planned passing sequences K1 to K3 are selected at passing predictive time by a replacing position selecting mechanism 14, transmitting them to a ground equipment control outputting device 4.
