The on-vehicle sound reproducing apparatus has front seats speakers near front seats, middle seat speakers near middle seats and rear seat speakers near rear seats, and can simultaneously reproduce signals from the plurality of sound sources. The apparatus is equipped with a middle seat sound attenuating means for attenuating the volume of reproduced sound of the middle seat speakers if the sound signals of the sound sources to be reproduced in the front and rear speakers are different.
