CONSTITUTION: A first recessed part 6a forming a step is provided on a face to fix a speaker 1 at a door trim 6 formed by injection mold for door interior inside a car room, the rear face is adhered with a door inner panel 3b, and the speaker 1 is coupled to the door inner panel 3b through the door trim 6 provided with a second recessed part 6b of structure also used as a waterproof cover, for which the upper half is made semicircular and the lower part is opened, inside this first recessed part 6a. This, not only the cost is reduced by reducing man-hour for assembly with the number of parts but also the propagation of unwanted vibrations is blocked by improving the rigidity of the door trim 6 and performance can be improved.
