Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a monitoring condition from being set or released illegally by the third party, in an abnormality detecting system. SOLUTION: A sensor part is constituted to be separable into three parts of an abnormality detecting part, a mobile terminal part and a setting operation part. When the terminal part for issuing information to a monitoring center is set or released into/from a monitoring operation condition, the setting operation part is connected to an external equipment connecting interface 56 to conduct an input operation from an operation part thereof. The setting operation part is removed from the mobile terminal part to be carried by a user for example, in other case.
