PURPOSE: To provide a vehicle to be used for both tire travelling and track travelling, which can control the traction of a driving tire wheel against the track surface freely in response to the various condition such as acceleration, deceleration, coasting travelling, high speed travelling, traction travelling by adjusting the relative load distribution of driving tire wheels and track wheels accurately, and fixing the under that condition.
CONSTITUTION: In a vehicle having road travelling tire wheels 2 and track travelling wheels 3, in which each track wheel 3 is supported by a track wheel support shaft 6 freely to be folded for lifting by a cylinder device 4, each elevating device 8, which consists of a screw type jack for changing the relative load distribution of a driving tire wheel 2a and a track wheel 3 provided near it and a bolt fastening type vertical position adjusting device, is arranged between each track wheel support shaft 6 and a car body frame 7.
