Title:
VEHICLE VELOCITY SENSING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3185614
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid erroneous sensing of the car body speed resulting from noise superposing by furnishing noise superposition sensing means which senses if noises are superposed on the rotating speed of wheels.
SOLUTION: A hydraulic pressure control device chiefly consists of a computer including a CPU 90, ROM 92, RAM 94, input part 96, output part 98, etc. Wheel velocity sensors 142-145 for the rotating speeds of wheels, brake switch 146, etc., are connected to the input part 96. The ROM 92 accommodates a car body speed presuming program, anti-skid control program, etc., while the RAM 94 is furnished with a vehicle velocity memory, etc. A noise superposition sensing means senses the noise superposition resulting from the resonance of a drive system generated when the engine in the racing condition, noise superposition resulting from vibration, etc., of the electric system of the rotating speed sensing device, and any other noise superposition as applicable. The car body speed presuming program changes the presuming rules for car body speed in accordance with the results from sensing of noise superposition, etc.
