To provide a vehicle wheel in which the wheel itself has an air tank and air can be filled through a single unit of the wheel when a tire pneumatic pressure is reduced.
A tank base 6 has an air tank holding hole 62 at its central part and then an air tank is internally fitted to the air tank holding hole 62 in such a way that it can be turned. The air tank 7 has its hollow part becoming a high pressure air chamber 70 filled with compressed air. An annular groove 18 communicated with a hollow part 17 is formed at a base holding part 16 of a wheel disk 11, and four communication holes 64 opened at the annular groove 18 are punched by an angular spacing of 90° at the tank base 6. Four valve ports 73 opened at the outer circumferential surface are punched at the air tank 7 by an angular spacing of 90°. The communication holes 64 and the valve ports 73 of the air tank 7 are communicated to each other when the air tank 7 is placed at the air charging position and then the compressed air filled in a high pressure air chamber 70 flows into an air chamber 21.
