Abstract:
To provide a vehicle which can protect a protection object which collides with the vehicle with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A vehicle 1 has: a protruding part provided from a front lower part of a vehicle cabin part to a front side and includes: a brake part which applies brake force to wheels W; a protection object detection part 22 which detects a protection object in front of the vehicle 1; and a control unit 30 which controls the brake part. The control unit 30 determines whether or not the vehicle 1 collides with the protection object and controls the brake force of the brake part to control a height of the protruding part when it is determined that the vehicle 1 collides with the protection object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
