Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily make an oblique punched hole to a sheet, by installing the inclined tables respectively on a surface plate and a movable plate, mounting a cutting die and a face plate respectively on the opposite inclined faces of the both inclined tables, and making one of the cutting die and the face plate slidable in a vertical direction on the inclined face.
SOLUTION: The inclined tables 6, 7 are respectively inserted into the mounting parts of a cutting die 4 and a face plate 5, to a surface plate 2 and a movable plate 3, the basic parts of both inclined tables 6, 7 are respectively fixed to the surface plate 2 and the movable plate 3 by using the proper fasteners, and the inclined faces 6a, 7a of both inclined tables 6, 7 are opposite to each other. The cutting die 4 is mounted on the inclined face 6a of the inclined table 6 slidably in a vertical direction, the face plate 5 is fixed to the inclined face 7a of the inclined table 7, and a whole cutting blade 8a of a punching blade 8 of the cutting die 4 is simultaneously brought into contact with the face plate 5 by the relative vertical movement of the surface plate 2 and the movable plate 3.
