To prevent attachment work of a vehicular heat exchanger from being extended by allowing an attachment member to be easily attached to a vehicle by preventing the attachment member from being deviated from a regular position, when the attachment member to be attached to a vehicular constituent member is fastened and fixed to an end plate.
The end plate 8 is formed into a U-shaped form opened to the lower side. The attachment member 10 is provided with: a heat exchanger-side attachment part 30 inserted between an upstream-side plate part 21 and a downstream-side plate part 22 of the end plate 8 and fastened and fixed by a bolt and a nut; a vehicle-side attachment part 31 projecting downward from an area between both the plate parts 21 and 22. A recessed part 30b is formed on a surface of the heat exchanger-side attachment part 30 on the upstream-side plate part 21 side. The upstream-side plate part 21 is locked to the heat exchanger-side attachment part 30 by deforming the upstream-side plate part 21 toward the recessed part 30b by tightening force of the bolt and the nut.
