To provide a vehicular seat capable of reducing manufacturing cost to an extent of not requiring to enhance accuracy while maintaining a function for holding its position in front/rear lock devices.
A lock device 7 of the vehicular seat is composed of a front side lock means 11 and a rear side lock means 10, and composed of a structure that, in a state that the rear side lock means 10 and a rear side engaging member 8 are engaged with each other, the front side lock means 11 and a front side engaging member 8 are put in an unengaged state, and the front side lock means 11 moves and can be engaged with the front side engaging member 8 by a predetermined lifting load to a seat cushion 2 at a rear collision.
